Shortlet Apartment Building
Frustrated by the reality of running diesel generators during low occupancy periods for their dedicated shortlet apartment building, management reached out to Bainsbridge where we deployed a 55kWp solar system with 150kWh of storage and 48kW of inverter capacity. This system currently has them off-grid as far as 75% occupancy and reduced diesel and grid costs to less than 7% of initial costs above aforementioned occupancy threshold.

The Radiant Place Hotel, Surulere
30 Hotel Rooms
Privy to the efficiency of the Blaker off grid system, the developers of The Radiant Place Hotel opted for a 50kWp solar system, with 150kWh of storage and 48kW inverter capacity even before connecting to the grid. They have opted to purchase a 50KVA generator as a last resort backup system to weather the rainy season.

Food Processing Factory
A food processing plant specialising in packaged meat jerky snacks has been running without a grid connection on timed diesel generators usage to power their freezers, dryers, boilers and other industrial equipment. We helped design a daytime usage optimised system that would see the facility fully powered from solar during the day and battery storage during the night for the freezers.
